FAQ

We accept cheques, cash or you can settle your invoices by way of electronic bank transfer. We also accept payments via PayPal. We are happy to accept credit or debit cards payments with a 1.75% surcharge.

We are more than happy to install and setup new printers onsite. It is not normally cost effective to conduct repairs on modern printers, although an on-site assessment can be conducted to establish its cost effectiveness.

Mitcham PC Solutions are more than able to install and configure new computer systems on site at your convenience.

An initial assessment will be conducted on site. Most computer repairs can be undertaken on site, however there may be occasions, when it might be more appropriate to conduct repairs in our workshop.
