Yes. We start with an on-site assessment and most repairs are completed there and then. Occasionally a job needs to come back to our workshop.
If we’re unable to repair your computer, there’s no charge.
Yes, we install and configure new computers and printers at your home or office and transfer your files across. Repairing modern printers usually isn’t cost-effective, so we’ll tell you honestly if replacing is the better option.
Cash, cheque, bank transfer or PayPal. Credit and debit cards are accepted with a 1.75% surcharge.
